Brief description

CIBER gathers 27 publicly funded Universities of Central and Southern Italy. Its main goal is to increase the availability of academic information for its primary clientele (faculty, students and staff), to share the cost of highly expensive licensed electronic resources, to promote the dissemination of scholarly information. Currently CIBER provides access to over 7000 e-journals and to several research databases. Furthermore CIBER supports Open Access principles.
