Brief description of your consortium:
LELICO was legally registered as a society in 2003. Founded by ten (10) libraries comprising four academic, one national/public and other types of libraries, LELICO brings together very diverse clientele membership focusing on emerging library and information profession of less than 2.5 million people. Whereas is it an independent organisation, LELICO enjoys recognition of the Lesotho Government's Ministry of Tourism, Sports and Culture as well as of parent organisations of member libraries as well as its cooperation with such bodies as eIFL.net, national Library Consortium and dynamic support from individual librarians.LELICO is governed by the Executive Committee that is guided by the Constitution and general principles.
