The Cross Timbers Library Collaborative (CTLC) is a new library consortium based in the Cross Timbers region of the United States. The Cross Timbers Library Collaborative fosters partnerships among the region’s libraries through cooperative staff development, resource sharing, and innovative programs.  These values guide CTLC’s work within our libraries and the communities we serve:  Inclusivity, Collaboration, Responsiveness, Cost Effectiveness, Sustainability, Innovation, Collegiality, Information Sharing, Flexibility, and Leadership.
