Established in 2004, CARLIGH is an umbrella organisation of academic and research libraries in Ghana. We enable access to vital research information that is directly linked to National development and culture.
We are inspired by the need to provide sustainable access to resources. We believe in the great importance of education, partnership and openness.
We meet a spectrum of very important needs in libraries from capacity building to provision of online resources and other services that support knowledge exchange and development.
CARLIGH currently has 48 member institutions, including public universities, private universities and other research and special institutions in Ghana
