As a member of the world's largest international consortium called eIFL.net, Consortium of Slovenian Electronic Collections (COSEC) is the first library purchasing consortium in Slovenia which fosters co-operation with national library consortia worldwide. Thus, the members of COSEC can unite their purchasing power with other libraries around the world in order to provide their users with information sources of high quality and to achieve value for money.
