The Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education is the basic Act that determines the meaning of scientific activity and higher education as an activity of special interest to the Republic of Croatia, which is an integral part of the international, especially European, scientific, artistic and educational space.
Based on this Act, the e-resources project aims to improve access to foreign research publications and databases, which directly affects the improvement of the research environment for Croatian scientists and opens the possibility of better international visibility of our scientists and their scientific results.
Provided access, organized training and information of target groups - scientists, teachers, students and librarians in higher education and scientific institutions contributes to increasing the use of new scientific literature, which is directly interrelated with increasing the quality of scientific work of Croatian scientists.
