Empire State Library Network (ESLN - formerly the NY 3Rs Association, Inc.) consists of the nine multi-type library systems in New York State. ESLN administers the statewide surface delivery system (Empire Library Delivery system), New York's historical images site (www.NYHeritage.org), New York State Historic Newspapers site (https://nyshistoricnewspapers.org/) and Empire Archival Discovery Collaborative (www.empireadc.org) . ESLN also sponsors statewide conferences.
